This machine is essential for cleaning the jet strips of the spunlace production line. The device is suitable for cleaning jet strips at various width, and the adjustment is simple, with easy operation and low energy consumption. As we know in the spunlace production process, the cleaning effect of the jet strips directly affects the quality of the spunlace nonwoven product, particularly the appearance of the spunlace fabric.
The machine frame is elaborately made of stainless steel material.

The principle of the machine
Use high-pressure water to clean the jet strips, the jet strip is fed automatically for the cleaning. The Machine is equipped with automatic air-drying device, and the observation lamp to check the pinhole cleaning result.
The machine uses imported high-pressure pump and pressure regulating protection device. It is easy to operate, providing excellent cleaning effect and  easy maintenance etc.
